Hello,

While searching the net on information about a fan controller, i found this website and the article http://www.heatsink-guide.com/content.php?content=control.shtml.

But i\'m looking to build a controller which will work on 220V appliances. I\'ve found that mosfet\'s are available at a wide range of watts and voltages, but when looking for the other 2 items needed (potentiometer and temperature sensor), i don\'t find information on how much volt they can have. However, as the current will run trough them, i\'d like to make sure before burning down my house. Which are the specifications i should be looking for? Or are these small materials not capable of running on 220V?
thanks in advance for your answers.

regards,
Ali
