Subject: Only 1 fan working??

I\'ve burn out temperature and RPM meters and all contacts for all case\'s fans, exept processor\'s fan. I\'ve conected another fan to this conection. I need help about speed control (too noisy) and fans orientation. The weather is to hot, and I don\'t want to loose a computer, but also I don\'t want to hear that noise (zuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuum!!!!)

Processor\'s fan has a blue cable that i\'ve discover that limits speed. but without a speed control, can something bad happen??
or maybe should I turn it on and off every X amount of time??
Another question. air from processor\'s fan mut be oriented to the processor or to the other side??
